"… the companies have argued that their solution will provide" a combination of powerful technology that provides website administrators and security personnel with the most advanced biometric access management tools with minimal capital investment. ""
Ipsidy has merged with Ayonix Face Technologies to integrate its biometric technology on its Ipsidy security platform.
The purpose of the collaboration is to develop an access control and site security solution that addresses biometric surveillance through IP cameras. Ayonix FaceID software is used to scan video streams, and individuals identified through the system will be compared to the "Authorized", "Unknown", and "Watch" lists that are defined by client organizations that use the solution.
Collaboration has only just begun when Ipsidy and Ayonix have signed a contract summary. Companies say they are about to launch their combined solution early next year.
The company announced its cooperation in a statement that their solution would provide "a powerful combination of technologies that provides site attendants and security personnel with cutting-edge biometric access management tools with minimal capital investment."
Next week, Ayonix and Ipsidy will showcase their combined technology at the ISC East Security Exhibition. The event will take place from 14 to 15 November in New York.
