This decree establishes a policy for the correction of pensions for women who start receiving a pension from 2018 until 2021 and paid social insurance premiums for the full 20 years of age up to 29 years and 6 months. This is more harmful to men's workforce due to changes in the calculation of pensions in accordance with the provisions of the Social Security Law in 2014 compared to the Social Insurance Act in 2006.
Accordingly, women workers will start earning their pensions from 1 January 2012 to 31 December 2021, from the age of 20 to 29 years and 6 months, depending on the period of social insurance contributions and wages. The level of pensions is adjusted to the level of the pension calculated in accordance with Section 2, Article 56 (2), Section 74 of the Social Security Law (2014), and the adjusted level. (1)
The level of correction is calculated in accordance with the level of pension calculated according to Clause 2, Article 56, paragraph 2, Clause 74 of the Social Security Law 2014, at the time when the pension retirement pension begins with an adjustment rate corresponding to the period already paid. . pay social insurance premiums and the time when the pension starts to apply, in particular:

The adjusted pension level is the basis for calculating adjustments to old-age pension adjustments in accordance with Article 57 of the Social Security Law.
For female employees starting to receive pensions from 1 January 2018 until 31 December 2021, from the age of 20 years to 29 years and 6 months starting from the pension from 1 January to 30 June 2018 . In order to adjust the pension in accordance with (1), it is adjusted in accordance with Decree No. 88/2018 / ND-CP Government on 15 June 2018 on the adjustment of monthly pension and social insurance benefits.
The decree is valid from 24.12.2018.
