Police respond to active shooter reports on New Jersey UPS tree



The police have entered the UPS docking station in New York in response to the active and ongoing hostage situation.

The incident was reported at around 9:00 am on the Birchcreek road.

According to the authorities, a man holds two young women hostages on the site.

The authorities say the shots were fired but no injuries have been reported so far.

All other employees are safely evacuated from the building.

The police are continuing negotiations with the suspect on the release of hostages.

Several police vehicles and officers could be seen outside the booming complexes, and armed officers could be seen bouncing behind one of the vehicles.

The surrounding schools were modified.
