The HDBlog Italia craftsmen explored the electronic "stuffing" of the Sony PlayStation Classic game console, the original version of the PlayStation that dated about the fourth year before ancient times.
The size of the new PlayStation Classic is approximately 45% smaller than the original 1994 console. The kit includes a miniature console, two wired controllers and an HDMI cable to connect to the TV.
The discovery revealed that the PlayStation Classic uses the MediaTek MT8167A processor with four ARM Cortex-A35 processor codes (up to 1.5 GHz) and the PowerVR GE8300 graphics unit.
The console has 1 GB DDR3-1866 RAM (Samsung K4B4G1646E-BYMA) and an eMMC 5.1 flash module with a capacity of 16 GB (Samsung KLMAG1JETD-B041). The HDMI port provides image outputs up to 720p resolution.
Sony PlayStation Classic will go on sale in Russia in December at around 8999 rubles. The device will be shipped with twelve pre-installed games, details of which can be found in our materials.
