Sport 360 – Barcelona star and captain Lionel Messi stressed that the Catalan team is fighting for all fronts in the current season, noting that Camp Nou fans have responded to the call and encouraged their colleagues in bloggers.
Barcelona won the Spanish King's Cup semi-finals with a 6-0 victory over Seville on Wednesday, while the Catalans were able to win the Andalucian side with a 2-0 victory.
"My words at the beginning of the season could have been misinterpreted, we did not abandon competition, we want to win everything," Messi said in a note about Barcelona after the game.
"They said we didn't care about the cup, but today we proved the opposite. This team wants to fight for a tripartite and it's a duty in Barcelona. We're fighting to the end."
"It wasn't easy because they were dangerous, but the punishment that Celecin interrupted was decisive because if they got the result, the game would be very difficult," he said.
He added: "The public reacted to the appeal and came to the Nou camp and played the game as exceptional heroes, and it was very stimulating to us."
"I asked him, and he wanted to pay, and we agreed," Messi said. "Coutinho gladly tried and agreed, and everything began with his goal."
