Gothenburg’s coronary control is based on central agreements, which are then formally decided by the relevant committees, which have worked well in most places. But not in Hisingen, Norway, where the agreement has caused divisions.
– The municipal board cannot decide that we have to make a decision, says Jens Adamiks (L), chairman of the district committee.
– We cannot have local popes who have a veto over proposals that will apply to the whole city, says Victor Stenloff (S).
