The biggest online clothing store in Chechnya – Zoot is more than a trouble. The company on Wednesday demanded protection from the creditors of the Prague Municipal Court and the company was satisfied. Thus, its obligations will not be repaid by the end of April. The information was first introduced on the E15.cz server.
In the documents she submitted to the court, the company stated that it owed 472 million kroons (18.3 million euros), of which almost a third exceeded the 30-day delay. Accrued losses are expected to reach 473 million kroons at the end of June.
Four major creditors agreed to a plan that together held 50.9 percent of the company's claims. As HN reported mid-January, Natland joined the company's rescue efforts. It has purchased Raiffeisenbank's receivables and other partners, especially from Zootek's suppliers worth 150 million kroons. (EUR 5.8 million)
The management has already been invited by external consultants Lukáš Uhl with delivery service experience, in agreement with existing Zoot shareholders, "We Allow Food" and Robert Vojáček known at Liftago taxi or at Lidskásíla.cz startup.
