We recommend using a traditional alarm clock instead of an app on your smartphone.
The mass e-mailing service, constantly notifications from social networks, or announcing a firmware update for the phone are key factors that seem to prevent a smartphone from silent for at least one minute. But none of them should interfere with sleep.
Although scientists have repeatedly shown that our dependence on gadgets (especially blue light) is detrimental to our health, typical in the morning, every other person is still starting with the phone. Lastly, it's worthwhile finally recognizing that sleeping in the same room where the smartphone is bad, just like using it as a wake-up tool!
So, what's the good old-fashioned alarm clock for better apps in today's gadget? To begin with, the fact that it's not typical of electronics emits blue light that suppresses the production of melatonin – a hormone secreted into the brain responsible for sleep regulation and requires complete darkness for normal functioning.
Abusive use of the phone (especially at night) can interfere with your daily rhythms (internal clock), which not only endangers the quality and quantity of sleep, but can also cause many other problems, from the body's digestive system to hormones.
Why not sleep in the same room with your phone? Specialists explain that if there is a telephone in the bedroom, even if you have not responded to a job e-mail and inspected the Instagram, in the room you associate with the work (that is, stress, anxiety) and there is no place to stay in the subconscious level. In addition, it is often tempting to check the social network at night (read – go for a couple of hours).
