XALIMANEWS: Mamadou Guèye is the new Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Senegal Chargers (Cosec) (Pca). He was elected last Friday.
The reporting company reports that Guèye is a lawyer trained in logistics and port management. He is also the President of the Port State Enterprise (DAP) and General Manager of the New Transportation Assistant (SNAT).
