The staff of the Investigation Department of the TFR Transport Department began a preliminary investigation investigating the fact that the Black Sea Fleet was abolished in the Black Sea region of Gelendzhik in a traditional Russian regatta.

"A survey of witnesses and other testing activities is being carried out, aiming to determine all the circumstances. The decision of the procedure will be taken on the basis of the results of the audit," the investigation department added.
