By the end of this week, a new American car giant sedan will be presented at the Guangzhou Motor Show. In the early stages of sales, Chevrolet Monza will only be sold in China.
The name Monza in the 70's of the 20th century was worn by the people's "three doors", which were available in the American market in three versions – wagons, hatchback and coupe. Brand representatives introduced the novelty as an intermodal Chevrolet Cavalier and Cruze line. Monza gauges are comparable to the Mercedes CLA, and the technical and dynamic parameters determine the model in the "C" class. With a length of 6,614 mm and a length of 2,640 mm, the sedan is slightly smaller than the aforementioned Chevrolet Cruze.
The power plant is likely to represent two turbo-engines of 1.0 and 1.3 liters and 125 and 163 "horses" respectively. Drive – there is no alternative to the front, and as a transmission, experts predict a 5-base automatic transmission.
The two Chevrolet Monza versions will be available to Chinese riders – the standard Redline and sports RS with a redesigned front end and sports seats. First US sedan copies will be displayed to their owners by the end of this year.
