A small YouTube app update introduced navigation between videos by moving your finger to the right or left on the screen. Before you start playing video, the YouTube version of the website for smartphones and tablets now allows you to move the list of recommended videos to this gesture.
The company also said that with this update, video paused playback will resume from its stop point rather than being fully resumed.

YouTube has introduced a number of behavioral and navigation changes in its mobile app, which the company says focusing on 70% of user base and viewers. In 2018, more specifically at the end of November, video surveillance, as well as Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook and Messenger, opened up an environmentally friendly social network. However, this feature is only for creators and influencers.
In June of the same year, YouTube released a video image that is in the picture, meaning that the video you are playing continues to work in a minimized profile while the user is moving across other site / app sections, as well as the mode to change the look of the application. In the next 2017, the video network introduced gesture control to rewind or preview videos every 10 seconds by double-tapping the corners of the screen where it was played.
Scrolling left / right gestures with sliding gestures should reach iOS this week. The company didn't indicate when the message would reach Android.
