HOUSING
The Nokia 7 Plus is a smartphone that you can enjoy. According to the manufacturer, a "6000 series aluminum block" is found, which is covered with ceramic coating. It appears on the elegant, matte "back", which does not show scratches. Typically, the rear does not get too much dirt, although delicate striations sometimes appear.

The distinctive feature of the competition is the décor of the dwelling. The smartphone was equipped with excellent copper-colored metal inserts. They are placed on the side, as well as around the camera and fingerprint scanner. Together with matte black back, everything looks phenomenal.
The main apparatus, consisting of two matrices, is located at the rear. They are mounted on a single glass float, slightly raised above the casing. This glass shows information about the manufacturer of this lens for this smartphone, namely ZEISS.

Above the camera we can find a hole in which the microphone is hidden. The right side of the lens has a dual LED and underneath it is a slightly submerged dactyloscopic scanner. In the middle you will see the manufacturer's logo and the bottom of the information on participation in the Android One program, as well as a number of symbols, basic information and trademarks.
The bottom edge has a USB type C connector and a microphone and a speakerphone. From the top we have a headphone jack, and the buttons on the right are volume and power. There is still a tray left on the left, with two nanoSIM cards. If necessary, we can opt out of one and replace it with a microSD card. So it's a dual SIM card slot, but a hybrid.

The speaker itself features a fairly good sound quality and high maximum volume. There is no noise or droplet in quality, and I think that the Nokia 7 Plus is enough to watch movies or listen to music at home.
On the front was a large screen with a 6-inch diagonal and Full HD + resolution (2160 x 1080 pixels). It's made in IPS LCD technology and its aspect ratio is 18: 9. The screen is rounded up in a corner and is surrounded by rather narrow frames.

The lack of framing is in the forefront (the display occupies about 77.5% of the front panel), but everything looks pretty good. The Nokia 7 Plus can greatly surprise people who dislike the notch because we will not find it in this model.
The images shown are nice to saturated colors, but the white and black color are slightly distorted and grayed out. In addition, the screen has a very good viewing angle and maximum brightness is enough to work comfortably even on the brightest day. Unfortunately, at the same time, the minimum brightness is very high, so the use of the evening is not very convenient.
Above the screen there are several sensors, a speaker and a selfie camera. The manufacturer's logo is also in the right corner. Unfortunately, the manufacturer has not added a notification diode to inform about missed calls and unread messages. There are no additional add-ons on the display, and the function keys are virtual, visible all the time in the system interface.

It is worth noting that the entire windscreen is covered with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 made of scratch. The manufacturer adds that the sheet is additionally laminated and polarized.
The manufacturer adds a protective cover to the back and sides of the phone with the phone. It is made of transparent, rubberised, flexible plastic. I do not understand why it's not exactly matched – it's particularly visible with a finger scanner and glossy diode.

SYSTEM
The Nokia 7 Plus, when removed from the box, is working on a completely clean Android system version 8.1 of Oreo. We will not see any manufacturer's additions here, which means that those who do not like system overlays would be delighted to use this device. However, the Android 9.0 Pie was updated some time ago, which slightly changed the look and feel of the device.

The gesture that changed the navigation system first appeared. It was called "Move Up A Home Button". The traditional function keys are switched to one, all-time key that is at the same time responsible for switching to the main screen (by touching this key) and with applications running in the background (after moving the finger from the bottom up).
In addition, a gesture was added to switch between applications, moving from right to right. The shortcut switches to the last used application, and, keeping it a bit longer, you can switch to another program running in the background. However, there is no recall … it was resolved in such a way that the corresponding button appears on the left when we enter the application.
In addition, there is another icon in the right corner. It only appears when you hold the phone horizontally and allows you to turn on the screen immediately if the auto-rotate option is not turned on. There is nothing quite a worthwhile option.
Due to the introduction of a gesture to run programs running in the background, after moving the finger from the bottom up, something had to be changed to include the entire application list. To make a call, we need to do this two times from the bottom up or once drag your finger, but a little faster and higher.
From other additional options, we only have "Take it to check the phone", which displays the date, time and notifications on the completed screen after it has been removed from the table. We also have a blue light filter with graphics and intensity setting. There is also a technical service app, and that's all. Unfortunately, there was a lack of even one-handed operation mode.
Thanks to the high density of the application network, I really liked the placement of all the icons. In addition, I have the impression that the fonts are slightly reduced, and everything is so small, slim and eye-catching. Thanks to this, a large display potential is used, and you can see a lot of things on the screen at the same time.
The smartphone comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor with 4 GB of RAM. Together with a clean Android system, the device is able to provide almost complete smoothness, without any devices, by inserting a bucket and automatically closing the application. It was a great pleasure for me to use this device, and I'm not disappointed with the operation of the system.
At least this was the case with a device running Android 8.0 Oreo. After updating to 9.0 Pie, sometimes slight pruning and minor errors occur. For example, when we use the Snapchat application and receive a message in Messenger, the screen starts blinking, which means that the smartphone is not being used. The problem disappears after shutting down the Messenger program.
I hope these errors will prevent further updates. In the meantime, some corrections have already appeared, I also tried to back up the device's factory settings, but unfortunately it did not improve my smartphone.
However, nothing can be accused of communication modules. The Internet is "blinking", just like after WiFi and data transfer, as well as connections to other devices using Bluetooth, are carried out without any problems. In addition, GPS accurately determines our location, and telephone conversations are not related to noise, interference or unplanned interruptions. Some important information will be the fact that the Nokia 7 Plus comes equipped with NFC, which means we can pay with this non-contact phone.
And when it comes to synthetic tests, Nokia 7 Plus is as follows:
