Friday, December 4 Tallink group, which is the king of burgers franchise owner in the Baltic States, shopping and entertainment center Acropolis, In Riga, opens the first the king of burgers restaurant outside Estonia, BNN found out from the owners of the company Tallink group.
The 310 square meter restaurant with 112 seats is located on the 2nd floor of the popular shopping center, overlooking the Acropolis ice arena.
Although the restaurant will officially start offering its famous – open flame – burgers and other popular dishes from the moment of opening, due to the restrictions of the pandemic, the dishes will initially be available only for take-away or home delivery.
The Burger King restaurant, which opens in the Akropole shopping and entertainment center in Riga, is the first international brand restaurant to open outside Estonia and the sixth restaurant in the Baltics to open this year. The new restaurant in Riga will employ about 30 people. By the end of 2020, the company plans to open two more restaurants in the Baltic States: one in Vilnius, Lithuania, and the other in Tallinn, Estonia.
