Vodafone Idea on Wednesday announced that the consolidated net loss for the quarter-July-September is EEK 4,973.8.
In the first quarter after the merger of Vodafone India and Idea Cellular, the company reported that in the current fiscal year ending in March, the total revenue in the second quarter was 7,878.6 kroons.
The merger was completed on August 31st.
The revenue generated in the second quarter includes Idea Cellular results by August 30 and the Vodafone Idea from August 31st to September 30th. Thus they are not comparable with the previous quarter, the company announced.
It reports that the average revenue per user (ARPU) is 88 thousand RPPs, which is by 4.5 percent lower in a row.
Regarding the integration of infrastructure after the merger, the company claimed that frequency spectrum consolidation and network integration have been launched and network integration planning for network integration, including supplier selection, has been completed.
Vodafone Idea said that the Board of Directors has set up a board committee to assess potential capital gains of up to USD 250 billion (EEK 25,000).
"The debtor's shareholders, Vodafone Group and Aditya Birla Group have indicated to the Board that they will invest as much as 110 billion rubles (11,000 kroons) and up to 72.5 billion rubles (7.250 kroons) as part of such equity," he added.
