According to leading analysts such as IDC, IHS Markit and Hountertone, Huawei again struck Apple in the third quarter of 2018 and remains the world's second-largest smartphone supplier in the world for two quarters in a row.
Although its market share declined slightly from 15.9% from the last quarter, Huawei still shipped 52 million phones and seized 14.6% of the world market share.
From product perspective, its P series and Mate series keep it as competitive as ever. And the glory that focuses on young consumers through online channels has continued to sell on many markets.
IDC claims that smartphone vendors shipped 355.2 million units in the third quarter, up 6.0% year-on-year, resulting in fourth-quarter losses. This raises doubts about the smartphone market.
China accounts for about a third of the world's market share smartphone. However, it has fallen since the second quarter of 2017, but the third quarter of 2018 is the sixth quarter in which the Chinese smartphone market has fallen.
However, Huawei is getting stronger due to local and global shipments.
Huawei's success can be coupled with ongoing R & D and customer experience efforts.
Richard Yu once said, "Huawei CBG starts and ends with end users." To satisfy and satisfy the customer, there has always been "one thing" that Huawei is doing every day. But there is no link to a good customer experience.
The only way to do this is to provide better products and services, and show customers how Huawei takes care of them and how much Huawei listens to their voices. This is one example of what a company means "customer orientation".
Thanks to these efforts, Huawei is now a brand that the world loves. More people are switching to (and even catch) Huawei smartphones.
Everything Huawei does is improve customer experience.
Innovation never stops at Huawei. Innovations that inspire customer experience – this is Huawei's secret to bring the market.
