WABERER & # 39; S INTERNATIONAL PLC is informed of its major shareholders in CEE Transport Holdco S. à r. L. of the year. According to EEC Transport Holdco S. à r. l ("CEE Transports") takes note of the third quarterly financial statement issued by Waberer's International Plc on 9 November 2018, indicating a lower profitability in 2018 than in 2017. CEE Transport also points out that management has launched some immediate steps to restore and improve profitability.

CEE Transport, as the main shareholder of Waberer, provides ongoing support to the company. Consequently, CEE Transport does not plan to conclude further market transactions with Waberer shares on the Budapest Stock Exchange until 2020. CEE Transport continues to maintain its willingness to accept an attractive M & A transaction for a significant part or all of its remaining shares.
