Like all systems, the urinary system can sometimes experience some failures. Normal factors such as stress, age, or ongoing urinary tract infection may cause you to urinate more frequently.
Going to the bathroom several times a day is not uncommon. According to Marcelino Rivera, a urologist at Indiana University Hospital, quoted by HuffPost, urine is produced every two to four hours in a normal person.
This varies depending on the fluids consumed and its hydration level.

But at night, if you get up several times to urinate, you should start asking questions:
-If you are taking medicines, especially in the case of high blood pressure, it may cause you to go to the bathroom more than once a night;
-If you drink a lot of water or alcohol before bedtime, it is normal to get up several times (tip: stop drinking at least two hours before bedtime);
-If you are pregnant, there is not much to worry about;
-If you are older, it is also normal for you to urinate more often, even at night;
-If you have leg swelling (like swollen ankles) or have problems with your prostate, don't worry.
-If you do not suffer from any of these health problems, it can be a sign of poor brain function and can be a trigger for more serious illnesses, such as Parkinson's disease or the presence of a tumor in the brain.
If in doubt, it is best to consult a doctor. Before Marcelino Rivera suggested that hair be white for free, it is advisable to change your habits slightly and keep a log of the number of urinals per night, the amount of fluid absorbed and the urine.
