Duque introduced its first 100-day government surplus

The government, through Bancóldex, launched the "Exprimiendo la Naranja" credit line of 400,000 million pesos intended to finance entrepreneurs who are Orange economic operators.


The government launched the Semillero de los Propietarios social lease program, which will reduce the household shortage over a four-year period, benefiting from 200,000 Colombian households with incomes below two minimum wages.

It also launched the Casa Digna-Vida Digna initiative, a program to improve housing and areas benefiting from 600 000 low-income households in Colombia's rural and urban areas.


In the first 100 days of his government, Duque signed the Presidential Directive No. 09, which is addressed to the executive bodies of the state administration in order to achieve maximum efficiency and generate significant savings in public administration over four years.

In the first phase, the initiative will be implemented in eight San Andres, Tumaco, Maicao, Buenaventura, Valledupar, Quibdó, Puerto Carreño and Leticia public hospitals. In the last four months of 2018, this immediate action plan will invest € 187 billion.

Water in the rural area of ​​La Guajira

With the Guajira Azul program, according to the document, the government is striving to increase the aqueduct and sewage coverage in rural areas of La Guajira, as well as to improve the continuity of services in the peninsula's urban area, guaranteeing a water quality department and improving wastewater treatment in the region.
