Therefore, the experts analyzed plagioclase and clinopyroxine crystals 550-600 million years ago in Quebec, Canada.
Based on the analysis, it was concluded that at that time the magnetosphere went through difficult times, because it was weakened and its polarity changed ten times faster than it is now. However, over time it began to be restored. This reason has now been revealed: it was related to the strengthening of the inner core of the Earth.
