Xbox Live Gold with Gold: Xbox One Free Games in February 2019

Xbox Live games with gold in February 2019 have been announced, creating a warm sunshine in a month full of frost days. If you plan to stay indoors in the coming weeks, these free video games will help you pass the time.

This month, another example of Microsoft featuring the original Xbox game promo when playing Xbox One using Backward compatibility – back in December party, the 2005 Mercenaries: Destruction Playground was temporarily free.

You still have time to pick up some of the last month's games with a gold ad, if you are not already. The World Rally Championship is still freely downloadable until February 15th, and by January 31st you have to start Celeste on Xbox One and Far Cry 2 on the Xbox 360.

These are the names that are free for Xbox Live Gold members this month, with links to each Xbox site list.

Xbox One

Bloodstained: Moon Curse: February 1 – February 28

Continued Castlevania III for everything except the word

This 2D respect for the classic NES Castlevania games is preferred to the upcoming Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night, the franchise's spiritual successor to the Night Symphony.

While the night ritual will have a Metroidvania approach (releasing new abilities to access previously locked places, etc.), the Moon Curse is a simpler action platformer with different levels that played linearly.

For the fans of the everyday horror adventure series, who have been champions of the night ritual, this retro membership game should help move until ROTN is released later this year.

Super Bomberman R: February 16 – March 15

It takes time and mind to win your competitors

After the call and some spin-offs, or, we say different qualities, Bomberman returned with this rebooted adventure. Keeping a series of game formulas, you'll run up from top to bottom based on levels that minimize bombs to clear roads and defeat opponents.

Along with the campaign (solo or co-op), many online and local modes are available in the arenas to play them.

Xbox 360

Assassin's Creed: Rogue: February 1 – February 15

Play as the Assassin-turn-Templar Shay Cormac

This 2014 sequel to Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag not only serves as a prerequisite for AC III but also creates AC: Unity events that, if you are one of those who have invested in franchise training, may create some appeals, although Rogue has not deviated too much from the formula.

The usual stealth action game is waiting, but what gives Rogue a little unique spin is that you play as a Templar, a series of bad guys. Hero Shay Cormac begins as Assassin, but after being questioned about group goals, he has become a defect of the other side. Dun-dun-DUNNN!

Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy: February 16 – February 28

Do you turn to the Dark Side?

Released in the original Xbox in 2003, the Jedi Academy is an action shooter set up in the universe of Star Wars, which puts you in the apprenticeship of Jedi Jaden Korr's footwear on a mission to win the Sith cult, which is a steal power energy for harmful purposes.

Like a range of power powers, you can use luminaires and firearms, changing the perspective between the first and the third person if necessary.

There is also a multiplayer mode, although it has been offline since the game's MP servers, it is limited to a local distribution screen of up to 4 players on the Xbox One.

Xbox Live Gold subscribers receive free games every month

How Does Xbox Games Work With Gold?

As a reward for keeping an Xbox Live Gold subscription, members receive two free games of gold per month to download limited time for both Xbox One and Xbox 360. The names are from older AAA blocks and cult indie hits to underestimated jewels and – very often – totally new release. Microsoft has sometimes included the original Xbox name in the batch.

Xbox 360 and original Xbox games are compatible with Xbox One, which means that the owners of Microsoft's current genome can effectively get four free games a month.

Games must be saved even if you cancel your Xbox Live Gold subscription after the download. Just select the "Gold" tab on your Xbox One or Xbox 360. You can also use the Xbox site.

Even if you haven't updated your Xbox One yet, you can still freely use these games while you have an Xbox Live Gold account. Just sign in to the Xbox site, go to the title page and redeem the offer. The game will then appear in the console list "Ready for installation" if you purchase the Xbox One in the future.
