Weightlifting is good for your heart and it does not take much – Science Daily

According to a new study, lifting weights in less than an hour per week can reduce the risk of a heart attack or stroke by 40 to 70 percent. The researchers found that spending more than an hour's weight in the room did not bring any additional benefits. The results show that the benefits of endurance training are not dependent on driving, stroll or other aerobic activity.
