Houston Bar is sued after a few small league baseball players attack, according to a lawsuit reported by the CRRC.
Blue Jays Chances Kacy Clemens and Friend Conner Capel, who play in St Louis Cardinals Small League System, both claimed that bouncers won Concrete cowboy New Year's Eve.
Clemen, former Vancouver Canadian, first bartender and son of former MLB pitcher Roger Clemen, claims that his injuries have affected his welding arm.
"Kacy hasn't started throwing this hand, because yet to see if he has the same speed and accuracy," said lawyer Randy Sorrel.
Sorrel says Capel (in the picture above) suffered a broken skull, and he will have to visit a neurologist for the next five years.
The police did not find any evidence that Clemens or Capel was intoxicated, in a lawsuit, but one of the bouncers was arrested for attack.
“We think that Kacy and Conner have been completely justified for any violations. On the other hand, the culture of this club must be recognized as guilty, ”said Sorrel.
Clemens began his professional career with short-term Single-A with Vancouver Canadians in 2017, helping them win the Northwest League Championship. Last season he shared Single-A teams in Lansing and Dunedin.
