Kevin Owens has reduced a significant amount of weight in the run-up to double-ring operation. As shown below, Owens arrived at the Cavalinade Cincinnati Customs Event last Friday and signed autographs for fans.
WWE recently came up with a "soon" promo about the return of Owens' ring, but there is no word when he will return. There is speculation about Owens who returned this month to 30 men in the Royal Rumble game.
