The Buy Online Services service allows the operator's customers to renew the contract, purchase a mobile device or lease it in their contract. Depending on the customer's requirements, the delivery may also be the address of the customer, as well as the most convenient Telenor store.
Delivery is completely free throughout the country. The terms of the selected subscription plan are active at the time of delivery. In cases where no prepayment is required, customers choose to deliver by courier, have the option to choose and how to pay for an order made – online with a bank card or cash upon delivery.
Telenor's private customers can now rebuild their online purchasing service by requiring their customers to sign up for MyTelenor's web site. To purchase devices and accessories without a subscription plan, registration is not required and is also available to non-Telenor customers.
