Diabetes manifests itself as a blood sugar congestion due to lack of insulin. It can be genetic, physiological (overweight, hormonal) or human lifestyle. It is a serious illness that can lead to heart disease, blindness, impotence and even amputation without proper treatment.
Diabetes is a world-wide disaster and our country is not being rescued: 3 million French people now have diabetics. This number is added diabetics who do not know each other, more than 700 000 French. Nearly 400 new patients are diagnosed every day and the number of people treated by hemisphere by the year 2020 will double.
