With Facebook Messenger, chat conversations may soon be deleted for everyone.

Like the big rival of WhatsApp, messages can still be erased later in Facebook Messenger Messenger even after sending. The corresponding update will apparently be published shortly.
The corresponding note for implementing the immediate deletion feature can be found in the latest version of iOS Messenger version 191.0 release notes. There, behind the "Planning" keyword, is that messages can be removed from the instant message shortly after the chat.
The update is still open
"If you mistakenly failed to send the wrong photo, incorrect information or message to the wrong thread, it can be easily resolved by removing the message within 10 minutes of submission," the release notes will continue. If the update should have a delete function, it is not yet known. Even the exact user deletion instructions are still open.
Other couriers have been deleted for longer
So far, you can already delete messages on Facebook Messenger, but then they were removed from their chat history only – the recipient they received but manually deleted there. For other couriers, such as WhatsApp, this deletion function is longer. However, periods are sometimes considerably larger.
