Police from across Queensland have descended on Rockhampton to figure out how the home was Monday night.
Investigations are going into the man and woman's deaths almost two days after a triple-0 call made just after 9.30pm.
The Queensland Police Spokesman confirmed forensic experts were still scouring the Frenchville road to the United States, news.com.au reports.
Police Cordoned Off The Home Late May Day After The Horrific Discovery, Detective Senior Sergeant Luke Peachey described as "significant".
Detective Senior Sergeant Luke Peachey told reporters last night.
QPS spokesman later told news.com.au it "wasn't a very nice discovery for emergency services.
Since Mr Peachey's comments, he has been called to the home.
Police were unable to confirm the relationship with the family.
"No positive identification has been made," they said.
"We do not have to be reluctant."
Detectives are also in the process of gathering information from neighbors and witnesses in the usually quiet suburban street.
"At this stage we've only been briefly spoken to the neighbors …" Mr. Peachey said.
The two deaths are being treated as suspicious, but they have been brought to the custody.
Police have not revealed the cause of death and did not say if you've been involved.
