Under the current legislation in the province of Buenos Aires, "any sale, sale or supply of alcoholic beverages and the supply of alcoholic beverages consumed outside of the undertaking where the sale takes place is prohibited. from 21:00 to 10:00 the next day"

Castello argued that the "original text" of the norm, which was amended in 2009, is being updated from now on. In turn, he explained that the sale of these drinks to minors under the age of 18 is still banned.

Before the vote, the MEP argued that in the summer months, from December to March, and if the ban is more difficult, because "the days are getting longer, beach or recreational activities are expanded, and tourists want to use their rest days as much as possible."
