Cape Town – The Waratahs it is reported that a deal is in place to provide the South African key services Le Roux Roets.

The 23-year-old who played at the 92nd French Championship from 2016 to 2017, since the beginning of this year was Pumas, and played in the Currie Cup of 2018.

But, according to Rugby.com.au, Waratah's coach Daryl Gibson says he is close to moving to Sydney's Roet.

The Roet, standing at 2.00 m in height and weighing about 135 kg, has not yet completed a deal with Waratahs, but the report says it has been in contact.

The Australian franchise Super Rugby is set to thoroughly manage its Wallabies players in 2019, as it is the World Cup year, and it is therefore thought that Gibson will look for reinforcements from the outside.

"We are keen to fill this place with this lock, and we are looking for this locking profile if we want to add a bit of our size," said Gibson.

"We believe we have found this person and will announce it shortly."
